Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

No-Show Policy

  • Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in a no-show fee.

 

How to Cancel or Reschedule

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or email.

  • We will do our best to accommodate your request and find a suitable alternative appointment time.

 

Exceptions
